Collab partner: Csupor Craft Beer
We got into a good mood at the Kraft Festival with Csupor Marci, where we decided to inaugurate his brand new brewery with a collab brew. Marci suggested a Raw IPA, and we really liked the idea because we had never done anything like that before. The essence of the style is that we do not boil the wort, the max. temperature is 80 °C, so the alpha acid content of the hops does not cause bitterness, but the essential oil content shows up nicely. Most of the protein precipitation is also omitted, so the result will be a tasty, creamy IPA.
